I chatted with the librarians on answerland 24/7 I found it to be the most effective way to get a response in a fast and timely manner. The librarian helped me navigate through the databases I found with the lady I’m researching on I had to be more specific in my search especially with her having such a popular last name. Â That was the only trouble I ran into when searching for her other people coming up with the same last name. I found google scholar was a good place to start my research it gave a lot of insight and background on Ms. Hoover.
