Next I\u2019ll be digging out the old gutter drainage around the back side of the house.  I could kind of see how someone might think that running pipe along the foundation base to drain roof water was a good idea, but it would have been helpful if they would have designed a place for it to drain TO.<\/p>\n<p>WANTED:  A person with tractor and experience grading reasonably flat lawns in the Willamette valley.
