Welcome Deans

The Pac 12+3 Arts & Sciences Deans Conference brings together deans and assistant/associate deans from the Pac 12 universities to discuss issues of concern and share resources and best practices regarding campus administration. This year’s conference will add Advancement/Fundraising staff members to the mix. The 2018 conference is hosted by the Colleges of Liberal Arts and Science at Oregon State University. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful campus.

Registration

The registration fee is $360 per person.

Lodging

 

The conference hotel is the newly constructed Courtyard Marriott located in downtown Corvallis next to the Willamette River walk. A block of rooms has been reserved at the group rate of $139/night. Be sure to reference Pac 12+3 Deans Conference at the time of booking.

The Memorial Union street address is 2501 SW Jefferson Way, Corvallis, OR 97331

The Memorial Union Hall is centrally located on the Oregon State campus and getting here is a breeze. For driving directions, visit Google Maps to plan your route.

Parking Information

Between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, visitor parking is available in the parking garage located across from Gill Coliseum. Visitor parking permits are available at kiosks in the parking areas.

Airport & Shuttle Information

Portland International Airport (PDX) is the nearest international airport located 1.5 hours North of Corvallis.

Shuttle Services from PDX:

  • Oregon Express Shuttle service is available every hour from Portland International Airport (PDX) and will take you directly to the OSU campus (Reser Stadium). Reservations are required and can be made online at http://www.oregonexpressshuttle.com/  or by phone at (877) 693-3785. Adult rate one way is $33.
  • Hut Airport Shuttle service is available every 90 minutes from Portland International Airport (PDX) and will take you directly to the OSU campus. Reservations are required and can be made online at www.portlandairportshuttle.com or by phone at (888) 257-0126. Adult rate one way is $48.00.

Eugene (EUG) Airport is the closest airport located 45 minutes south of Corvallis with convenient connections to Seattle, San Francisco and Denver.

Shuttle Service from EUG:
