Adobe has been criticized for its pricing practices which the company sould set the retail prices up to twice as much in non-US countries. Adobe was also in controversy for a class-action lawsuit along with Apple, Google and Intel for their anti-poaching agreements, in which four companies secretly agreed not to steal each others’ staff. The case was settled with four companies paying 415 million dollars.
Despite the controversy, Adobe is still the leading companies in digital design software. With their strong design community base and their support for creative works, this company still has a lot of potentials to grow.
