Welcome to the OSU eProcurement Project

eProcurement is a comprehensive integrated online system that leverages group buying power, increases transparency, improves efficiencies, and supports compliance efforts. The information garnered through this system will be used in support of the Source-to-Settle Initiative to identify and explore technology-based workflow efficiencies and collaboration, improve spend data collection, analysis and reporting for university decision-making, promote equitable competitive supplier and contract negotiations, encouraging thoughtful purchasing, and reveal strategic opportunities for aggregating spend.
