We look forward to hosting you at the 2019 ECAN Meeting and OSU Statewides Day at the Capitol. To simplify meeting logistics – we are asking all ECAN Members and Regional Directors to let us know if you WILL or WILL NOT be able to attend the meetings. To do this you simply click on this registration button below (Confirm or Decline Attendance). Registration deadline has been extended through February 11, 2019 (end of day).
Before you start your registration, please have the following information ready to enter on your form so that you will not have to leave the form during your registration and then log back in:
Look up your Legislative House District # and Senate District # at https://www.oregonlegislature.gov/ Both District #’s will need to be listed before you will be able to submit your form.
Overview:
- ECAN Meeting – Sunday March 17, 2019, Salem Convention Center. The full ECAN Meeting will start with lunch at 12 p.m. and conclude with dinner.
- ECAN Steering Committee will meet at 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
- Legislative Meetings – March 18, 2019. Legislative meetings will be scheduled by OSU’s Government Relations office. The schedule of meetings will be provided at at the ECAN meeting. Please plan to be available for the full day.
Lodging:
Lodging at the Grand Hotel will be provided on March 17. For those traveling a long distance, lodging on March 16 will be provided. Please indicate your lodging arrival date as you register online. A hotel reservation will be secured in your name after you complete the registration. The Grand Hotel adjoins the Salem Convention Center. Onsite Conference Registration/Check In:
Onsite registration will begin at 11:30am at the Salem Convention Center. The meeting will start with a buffet lunch at 12:00 pm and conclude with dinner. An agenda for the day will be provided prior to the meeting.
If a guest or partner is travelling with you they are welcome to join the ECAN dinner on March 17 for a fee of $50 per Guest. If you have a guest that would like to attend the dinner, please contact jackie.russell@oregonstate.edu.
